Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at reputed company. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing employee operations, including reputed company, employee records, benefits administration, and overall employee engagement. You will work closely with both the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment.   • Experience:

  • Working Hours:
  • * Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM).
  • * Flexibility for occasional extended hours depending on organizational needs.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • * Knowledge of HRIS and employee management software.
  • * Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance with legal regulations.
  • * Skilled in conflict resolution and handling sensitive issues.
  • * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • * High level of discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
