Position Summary: As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and reputed company effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage reputed company candidates. This role involves utilizing various sourcing techniques, including job boards, reputed company media, networking, and direct sourcing, to build a robust candidate pipeline. We currently have two opportunities reputed company: one position in our Northeast Region and the second position in our South-Central Region. reputed company candidates must live in the geographical region of position. The position is remote but may require occasional travel to support assigned regional office location special events such as Hiring Events.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and establish interviewing schedules with hiring managers.
  • Generate, administer, and manage employment offer process and negotiations.
  • Administer job requisition process to include assisting with job descriptions and compensation.
  • Administers pre-employment and post offer process to include background checks, drug screening, condition of employment sign offs, etc.
  • Responsible for understanding, interpreting, and complying with reputed company state and federal laws as they relate to the recruitment, hiring and employment practices.
  • Conducts research, evaluates, and implements best recruitment practices.
  • Administer and coordinates employment agency, search firms and headhunter relationships to include negotiation of reputed company and agreements.
  • Coordinates hiring managers staffing needs.
  • Actively cultivates and maintains strong partnering relationships with multi-site, multi-state locations.
  • Administer employee referral program.
  • reputed company employee database and employee file management as they relate to recruitment.
  • Establish and maintain reputed company networking, reputed company media, reputed company sites, Industry Association relationships, etc. in the pursuit of building a solid sourcing program.
  • Coordinate new employee and benefit orientation programs with required reputed company staff.
  • Coordinate the administration of MEI’s website as it relates to recruitment with marketing contractor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in reputed company field.
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in reputed company at corporate full-cycle recruiter level, and in-depth knowledge of appropriate HR laws, policies, and practices.
  • Works on problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
