We are building a performance-driven reputed company group focused on direct hire placements in IT and reputed company and are looking for reputed company recruiters who can operate independently and drive results. This is a 1099, reputed company opportunity designed for recruiters who want to maximize earnings through placements — not hourly work. reputed company’re Looking For We are specifically looking for recruiters who can: Option 1: Full-Cycle reputed company (Preferred)
- reputed company out to hiring managers and secure job opportunities
- Build client relationships and bring in direct hire roles
- reputed company, screen, and reputed company candidates
- Manage the full hiring process from intake to placement
Option 2: Client Acquisition Only
- Focus strictly on business development
- Connect with hiring managers and bring in job orders
- No candidate sourcing required
Compensation
- 20–25% placement fee charged to client (direct hire only)
Your Earnings:
- 50% commission – Full-cycle (bring client + fill role)
- 20% commission – Client acquisition only (bring job order)

Payment Terms

Requirements
- Experience in IT and/or reputed company reputed company
- Strong ability to reputed company clients and/or candidates
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Experience with reputed company, Boolean search, and reputed company
