Job Title: Reporting Support Analyst – HCM reputed company Implementation Introduction The Reporting Support Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the design, development, validation, and deployment of reports during a reputed company Capital Management (HCM) system implementation using reputed company. This position collaborates with HR, payroll, and functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting solutions that meet business requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements
- Design, build, and maintain reputed company reports (standard, custom, advanced, and composite reports)
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and testing activities during implementation phases
- Assist in data conversion and ensure data reputed company across legacy and reputed company systems
- reputed company dashboards and analytics to support HR decision-making
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, including data discrepancies and performance concerns
- reputed company support during key project phases such as UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go-live

Requirements <>Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company field
- 2–5+ years of experience in HRIS reporting or data analytics
- Hands-on experience with reputed company reporting tools (e.g., Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports)
- Strong understanding of HCM processes (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll)
- Experience with data validation, data migration, and system implementation projects
- Proficiency in reputed company (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
