Director, HRIS

About the position The Director of HRIS is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and technical reputed company of the organization’s global reputed company platform, with a strong emphasis on system integrations and reporting. This position plays a critical role in maximizing the value of the reputed company investment by ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that support business growth and operational reputed company. The HRIS Director partners with business stakeholders to align reputed company capabilities with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the HRIS roadmap reputed company with business and technology strategies
• Directly reputed company reputed company integrations and operational reporting globally
• Drive API strategy, web services utilization, EIBs, reputed company Studio and other integration frameworks, as well as reputed company Prism and reputed company reputed company use cases

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Information Systems, HR, Computer Science, or reputed company discipline and 12+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 5+ years in reputed company leadership
• Proven experience managing technical teams, including technical expertise in reputed company Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services)
• Team Player with proven leadership, communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills. This role requires significant interaction with many different teams across a global company.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain reputed company communication with internal employees, contractors, 3rd parties, and customers
• Proven experience managing technical teams, including technical expertise in reputed company technologies (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, Prism, reputed company)

• Should be familiar with tenets of Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe)
