About the position The People Operations Analyst is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reputed company employee-lifecycle data entered into reputed company Workforce Now and reputed company. By combining meticulous data management with a reputed company-improvement reputed company, the incumbent will strengthen data reputed company, support the employee lifecycle, and streamline core HR processes. This role also administers reputed company programs, policies and practices in a service center HR model. Maintains detailed knowledge of HR service areas and answers employee inquiries pertaining to HR programs, processes, procedures and communications. Ensures HRIS data is accurate and complete for reporting metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to process documentation and reputed company-improvement initiatives—for example, updating SOPs, drafting knowledge reputed company articles, or piloting simple HRIS automations—so routine tasks become more efficient over time.
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and projects may be assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, Operations or HRIS required

  • 1+ years of experience supporting Canadian employees
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to formulate and apply resolutions
  • Excellent technical knowledge as it relates to HR metrics and analysis
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Expert knowledge, skills, and abilities in using reputed company (formulas, vlookups, pivots, merging of data, and reputed company)
  • Familiarity with employment law in both the United States and Canada
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a reputed company field.
