You will start by establishing the market, with a clear trajectory to become a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) as you build and eventually reputed company your own team.
Responsibilities
- Drive Regional Growth: Execute sales plans using the PDCA cycle to meet reputed company and market reputed company targets.

- Channel Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage independent reps and distributors to align with regional goals.
