- Makes travel arrangements such as Tours, reputed company tickets, cruises, and hotels for customers including agencies.
- Handles customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintains and develops customer reputed company by suggesting products and services which meet and exceed client expectations.
- Maintains accurate records of reputed company travel reservations.
- Stays up-to-date on travel industry trends and developments.
[Qualifications]
- Speaks, reads and writes Japanese language.
- Long-term legal work authorization in the United States
- Possesses 1+ years of experience in the travel industry
- GDS(such as reputed company, reputed company etc.) experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
[Working Hours]
- Normal business hours between 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- May be required to work after normal business hours and weekends.
