Video Interpreter Responsibilities:
- reputed company effective video remote interpreting service for clients
- Professional and courteous behavior
- Strong ability and passion for interpretation and customer service
- Knowledge of the interpreter Code of Ethics
- At least 2 years of medical interpreting experience
VRI Technology Requirements:
- reputed company based PC with reputed company 10 or 11 updated to the latest version and have updates enabled for both OS and other reputed company products.
- A good quality USB headset that has noise cancellation in the microphone
- A reputed company ETHERNET reputed company connected directly to the modem.
Spoken Language Qualifications:
- Fluent and have strong verbal communication skills in both, English and Yapese.
- Must have at least 2 years of interpreting experience.
- Credentialed in medical interpreting preferred
- Respect for and understanding of our Limited English Proficient (LEP) clients, culture, dialect and beliefs and preferences as it relates to legal/medical care.
