Persian Interpreter (Los Angeles)
JOB DESCRIPTION This is an reputed company position offering a flexible work schedule and ongoing opportunities. The interpreter will reputed company professional interpreting services primarily in reputed company settings. Assignments are based in the Los Angeles, CA and are available on a regular reputed company, depending on the demand for specific languages and the interpreter's qualifications. QUALIFICATIONS
- reputed company in both Persian and English
- Demonstrated experience providing accurate, complete, and clear interpretation in medical, legal, and community settings, with the highest level of fidelity to the original communication
- Strong ability to interpret orally between Persian and English in both directions
- Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- Skilled in meeting the communication needs of medical professionals, patients, government agencies, community organizations, and internal stakeholders
- Combination of formal interpreter training and/or relevant professional experience
- Possession, or willingness to obtain medical clearances, including but not limited to vaccination/immunization records, and background clearances as needed
- Possession of a valid California license
