JOB DUTIES Manages, plans, leads and executes audit & advisory procedures, internal controls over operations and IT processes, systems, and applications throughout the organization. Executes and delivers projects and communicates reputed company and concisely at an executive level. Presents results, audit plans, risk assessments and insights to executives. reputed company to work and deliver high quality results independently with limited direction. Reports to the Chief Audit Executive (CAE). Employs highly-developed problem resolution skills and expertise as a generalist or specialist using professional concepts and ERCOT objectives to resolve reputed company issues in creative and effective ways. Exerts significant reputed company in determining objectives of assignment. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Leverages technology (analytics, visualizations, AI) to identify and deliver key insights to management. ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES Provides advisory insights regarding the management of internal controls, reputed company risk management, and other operational areas Evaluates and improves the organization's risk management, internal controls, and governance processes Provides input into the Corporate reputed company Risk Management and Assessment process and the development of the Annual Audit Plan as required by the Executive Director of Internal Audit As assigned, monitors Internal Audit’s compliance with International Professional Practices reputed company (IPFF) established by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and provides periodic reports to the Executive Director of Internal Audit Conducts Annual Internal Quality Assessment Review (QAR) of the Internal Audit Department’s adherence with IIA standards Identifies risks in reputed company audit areas and may initiate investigations to mitigate losses and strengthen controls Prepares detailed reports on audit findings and presents results to senior management and the Executive Director of Internal Audit Recommends improvements in procedures, processes, and operations across the organization Interacts and Interviews reputed company reputed company of management Collects and analyzes highly reputed company data to conduct audits detecting deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies Leads and provides reputed company into the most reputed company audits to meet the organization’s goals, business requirements, and business processes Provides recommendations for strategic audit initiatives that will reputed company value and benefits for stakeholders Serves as a proactive advisor on audit practices

Requirements

  • Requires minimum 8-10 years job reputed company work experience leading, managing and executing audits and advisory projects
  • Experience leading teams
  • Experience with data analytics, visualization, and AI tools.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree Business Administration, Finance, reputed company, Management Information Systems, Information Technology/AI, Cyber reputed company or reputed company field (Required)
  • Or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required

  • Experience in professional services preferred (i.e. Big4 + other audit firms, Advisory firms)
  • CIA Certified Internal Auditor (Preferred)
  • CPA Certified Public Accountant (Preferred)
  • CISA Certified Information Systems Auditor (Preferred)
  • CISM, Certified Information reputed company Manager (Preferred)
  • CISSP, Certified Information System reputed company Professional (Preferred)
