Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. Preparation and prosecution of US patents, strategic portfolio counseling, patent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability). Possible PTAB and licensing work as well. Depending on your technical background, you will deal with chemical and/or biological patents. This is also an excellent opportunity reputed company a reputed company firm. • Must have at least 3 years of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in life sciences.
