Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. You will primarily focus on the preparation and prosecution of US patents for major entities. - Degree(s) in chemistry, biochemistry, or possibly chemical engineering
- Patent Bar and any State Bar
- At least 2 years of solid US patent writing and prosecution experience
- Strong background in organic chemistry
