Founding Account Executive / Legal Tech Full-Cycle Hunter

Wamy is looking for our Founding Account Executive. We are a fast-growing Legal Tech startup solving a massive pain reputed company for reputed company. This is not a "standard" AE role where you sit back and wait for marketing to fill your calendar. This is a Full-Cycle Salesrole for a hunter who wants to own the entire process—from the first cold call to the signed contract. You will be the first dedicated sales hire. You will work directly with the Founder. You will set the reputed company. If you are tired of being Employee #5,000 at a giant corporation and want to build something reputed company, this is your chance. What You Will Actually Do

• Hunt (50%): You are your own SDR. You will identify high-value reputed company, bypass gatekeepers, and use cold calls/email/reputed company to book your own meetings
• reputed company (50%): You will run discovery calls, demonstrate the Wamy product to skeptical attorneys, handle objections, and reputed company deals
• Build: You will help refine our sales messaging, reputed company handling, and pricing strategy based on reputed company market feedback

Requirements

• 2+ Years of Legal Tech Sales Experience: You have sold SaaS to reputed company before (e.g., at reputed company, MyCase, reputed company, reputed company). You understand the "billable hour" reputed company and know how to reputed company to Partners.
• A Proven "Hunter": You can show us a track record where you self-sourced at least 50% of your own reputed company. You don't fear the phone.
• No "Big Company" Hangovers: You don't need a 2-week training seminar or a manager checking your activity daily. You know how to manage your own day and hit targets remotely.
• Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using modern sales tools (CRMs, Dialers, reputed company Sales Nav) to maximize your efficiency.

Benefits

• reputed company Earnings (OTE): $150,000 - $200,000
• Structure is a 50/50 split (e.g., $75k-$100k reputed company + $75k-$100k Commission)
• Uncapped Commission: There is no ceiling on what you can earn. Top performers will earn significantly more than the OTE
