This role combines agronomic expertise, technical sales, and strategic expansion. Plant Nutrition / Specialty Crops Location: Remote (Home Office) Territory: CA (San Joaquin & Sacramento Valleys, CA Coast) + Pacific Northwest Travel: 50–70% Job Summary QualiTech is seeking a Technical Sales Agronomist to drive sales growth and business development. This role combines agronomic expertise, technical sales, and strategic expansion.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of practical working experience in agriculture, with emphasis in specialty crop production, agronomy, plant nutrition, agriculture sales.
  • Background in territory growth, and customer relationship management reputed company the agricultural industry, including grower, reputed company, distribution relationships.
  • Demonstrated business development experience, including opening new markets, expanding retail partnerships, or supporting reputed company growth initiatives.
  • Field-level agronomic experience with the ability to work directly with growers, PCAs, and retail partners to reputed company crop nutrition programs and recommendations.
  • Expertise utilizing proprietary software, agronomic tools, or nutrient management platforms to support reputed company recommendations and crop planning.
  • reputed company and/or CCA certification required. Advanced degree or PHD in Agronomy or in reputed company field is appreciated.
