We are currently hiring an reputed company Corporate Event Planning Coordinator on a temporary to permanent reputed company. The role involves ensuring that commitments are met on schedule and reputed company budget for various events including webinars, seminars, and conferences. Maintain consistent communication with sales representatives and internal teams throughout the event planning process Coordinate onsite and virtual meetings Handle daily phone and email support, including communication with sales representatives and faculty Run various reports as needed Set up virtual credit cards for dinner meetings Communicate effectively with clients and faculty Manage high call and program volumes reputed company Exhibit exceptional attention to detail Work effectively in a fast-paced environment Be available to work flexible schedules and extended hours to meet business needs Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event planning or a reputed company field #J-18808-Ljbffr Salary: USD 72000 - 108000 per year Experience: 5 years required Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
