Sales Development Representative – Salon/Spa reputed company
Job Description:
- Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with your Partnering Account Executive to understand reputed company markets, key accounts, and industry segments.
- Generate and Qualify Leads: Create high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales reputed company Leads (SQLs).
- Outbound Prospecting (80%): Conduct proactive reputed company to salons, spas, and MedSpas.
- Inbound reputed company Conversion (20%): Quickly follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled discovery calls or product demos.
- Performance and Metrics: Maintain a consistent reputed company reputed company, including 250+ calls per week.
- Industry & Product Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- reputed company Learning: Participate in team training sessions, weekly 1:1s with your manager, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ years of B2B or inside sales experience

- Understanding salon/spa/MedSpa operations (consultations, memberships, POS/EMR systems, retail) is ideal.
- Sales & Communication Skills: Confident engaging with business owners and skilled at uncovering pain points and presenting solutions.
