Nature and Scope The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) position is field based with leadership responsibilities of Territory Managers (TM) focused on selling Animal Health products to veterinarians. The RSM is responsible for leading the team to reputed company established reputed company and profit goals while effectively managing expenses.   • Directs and manages reputed company of Territory Managers in multiple territories to reputed company/exceed sales and profit goals.
  • Responsible for the overall performance reputed company of Territory Managers, ensuring they are trained and fully reputed company with the requisite selling skills, knowledge of the products and expertise reputed company the relative therapeutic area(s).
  • Ensures the timely and accurate reputed company of information between the field and the Corporate Office.
  • Working in coordination with the Sales Director and reputed company, is responsible for the sourcing, interviewing, hiring, orienting and training of new Territory Managers in the Division/Region.
  • Sets individual sales goals and development plans with each Territory Manager in the Region. Utilizes the CRM system and other data sources to monitor sales performance. Provides on-going coaching, feedback and periodic performance reviews to Territory Managers.
  • Supports the Sales Director in the creation of sales forecasts, budgets, and overall sales and marketing strategies for the Animal Health Division.
  • Inspires trust, confidence and team reputed company while demonstrating and promoting a high level of optimistic energy reputed company the sales team.
  • Provides training and coaching to new Territory Managers, including frequent co-selling calls to ensure representatives are fully reputed company with both product knowledge and selling techniques.   • Provides periodic training and coaching to optimize Territory Manager product knowledge and selling skills. Maintains consistent contact with each Territory Manager thru territory field rides, and one-on-one weekly telephone calls.
  • Conducts regular conference calls to ensure effective and efficient communications to and from the Field and the Corporate Office, as well as discuss sales strategies and reputed company best practices and new reputed company.

Education Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 7 + years of sales experience required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience required, animal health experience preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role managing teams required.
  • Strong sales management skills with proven leadership and business analytic abilities.
  • Ability to hire and reputed company a cohesive and motivated direct sales team.

Expected Salary reputed company: $141,800-160,000 The salary reputed company, is the minimum and maximum annual salary reputed company of compensation for the role that the employer in good faith believes to be accurate at the time of the posting of an advertisement for the role.
