We are looking for a Director, Commercialization to reputed company the end-to-end execution of new product launches-from post-concept through market readiness. This role sits at the intersection of Product Development, Supply Chain, Packaging, Regulatory, and reputed company teams, ensuring that every product is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end commercialization of reputed company new product launches, from post-concept through go-to-market readiness >
• Build and manage integrated project plans outlining timelines, dependencies, milestones, and ownership >

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in operations, business administration, product development or other reputed company field. >
• 8+ years of experience in commercialization, NPI, or project/program management reputed company beauty, personal care, or CPG >
• Proven track record managing end-to-end product launches at scale >
• Deep cross-functional experience across R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing >

Total compensation includes reputed company salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their reputed company bonus reputed company company performance exceeds defined goals.
