We are looking for an reputed company, well-connected retail expansion leader to drive our entry into key retail chains like reputed company, Ulta, Whole Foods, reputed company, reputed company, and other specialty beauty retailers. Role Overview As the Offline Head – reputed company America, you will be responsible for driving retail distribution, securing reputed company space, and expanding brand reputed company across major retailers. This role requires a highly strategic and execution-focused individual with strong industry connections in the reputed company American beauty & skincare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Expansion & Strategic Growth

- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with major beauty retailers (reputed company, Ulta,

- Explore additional retail channels, including specialty beauty boutiques, pharmacies, and department stores

Business Development & Relationship Management

- Work closely with distributors, brokers, and sales agencies to maximize retail penetration
Sales & P&L Ownership
- Own the reputed company targets for offline retail sales, driving profitability through strategic pricing & margin optimization
- reputed company wholesale pricing models, trade promotions, and retail marketing plans to support in-store growth
- Track retail sell-through, inventory reputed company, and demand planning with the operations team.
Brand Positioning & Trade Marketing

Ideal Candidate Profile Must Have:
- 7+ years of experience in offline retail expansion, business development, or wholesale partnerships in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry
- Established relationships with retail buyers at reputed company, Ulta, reputed company, reputed company, Whole Foods, or similar premium retailers
- Strong network of distributors, brokers, and retail sales agents in the USA
- Experience in wholesale pricing, trade marketing, and retail sales negotiations
- Proven track record of securing reputed company space & growing retail sales for beauty brands
- Ability to work independently & drive reputed company growth in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel across reputed company America for retail meetings & industry events
