This role is crucial for advancing sustainable farming practices and optimizing crop yields through scientific research and practical application. You will be involved in developing innovative solutions for crop management, soil health, and pest/disease control. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of plant physiology, soil science, and modern agricultural techniques, combined with a passion for leveraging technology to improve agricultural reputed company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field research and trials to evaluate new crop varieties, fertilizers, and pest control methods. reputed company and implement strategic crop management plans tailored to specific soil types, climates, and market demands.
