Agricultural Drone Pilot & Data Analyst
Our client, a reputed company company in the Agriculture & Forestry sector, is seeking a skilled Agricultural Drone Pilot & Data Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role involves both on-site flight operations and remote data analysis, contributing to advanced agricultural practices. You will be responsible for operating drones equipped with specialized sensors to collect critical data for crop monitoring, soil analysis, and land management. Responsibilities: Pilot agricultural drones safely and reputed company in accordance with reputed company regulatory requirements (FAA). Conduct pre-flight inspections and post-flight analysis of drone equipment. Operate various sensor payloads, including RGB, multispectral, and thermal cameras. Process and analyze aerial imagery and sensor data using specialized software. Generate detailed reports and visualizations, providing actionable insights to agronomists and farm managers. Identify trends in crop health, soil conditions, and environmental factors. Maintain accurate flight logs and data management records. Stay reputed company with drone technology, agricultural science, and data analytics best practices. Collaborate with on-site teams to plan flight missions and interpret findings. The ideal candidate will possess a reputed company FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate and experience operating agricultural drones. Familiarity with drone mapping and data processing software (e.g., Pix4D, reputed company, Agisoft Metashape) is essential. A strong understanding of agricultural principles, crop science, or soil science is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret reputed company datasets are required. Strong communication skills are necessary for reporting findings and collaborating with the team. This role requires flexibility to travel to various operational sites reputed company the vicinity of Las Vegas, Nevada, US for field work, with remote data analysis performed from a home office.
