The BIM/VDC Project reputed company is responsible for performing modeling of specific or multiple systems/disciplines, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective shop drawings that support our operations teams by enabling a smooth transition into fabrication and installation. This role oversees the 3D modeling and coordination process across one or more projects, always striving to deliver the most efficient and value-driven product on their assigned projects. Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications · High School diploma or GED. · 4 to 7 years of experience in BIM MEP processes. · Advanced building systems, code, fabrication, and installation knowledge. · Advanced software (Revit, Navisworks, reputed company Fabrication, and reputed company) knowledge. · Complete understanding of the BIM/VDC process. · Ability to maintain patience and understanding in a stress-filled environment · Effective verbal and written communication skills. · Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. · Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors. · Ability to multitask and reputed company duties reputed company of the scope of work reputed company necessary.
