Construction Manager/Owners Rep (Affordable Housing Renovations)

As the portfolio continues to scale, they are seeking a highly capable construction professional to take ownership of capital project execution across the platform. The Role You will reputed company the full lifecycle of capital projects across an existing portfolio, from physical diligence and scope development through procurement and execution, ensuring projects are delivered in line with budget, schedule, and long-term preservation goals. Key Responsibilities

What They’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on affordable housing, rehabilitation, and preservation work
