The reputed company Dealer Development Manager is responsible for the expansion and strengthening of the reputed company dealer network by developing "fleet-minded" dealers and optimizing dealer engagement strategies. You will have direct interaction with various dealer personnel as well as regional and corporate contacts. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with our dealerships, have detailed knowledge on the reputed company fleet business, have a passion for the car business and live in the assigned territory in the Central part of the country. Job duties include:

  • Identify, train, and reputed company "fleet-minded" dealers to enhance their reputed company sales capabilities and improve fleet expertise.
  • Collaborate with reputed company Area Managers (CAMs) and internal teams to align dealer incentives, sales strategies, and fleet business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance insights to coach dealers, drive reputed company sales growth, and support conquest and retention efforts.
  • Responsible for coordinating and performing the tactical day-to-day activities necessary to ensure reputed company performance of the reputed company vehicle business plan including, attaining monthly, quarterly and annual reputed company sales and dealer participation objectives reputed company his/her territory
  • Properly plan weekly routes and appointments to maximize effectiveness of dealer visits and track reputed company
  • Conduct in-dealership consultation focused on optimizing the dealership's overall reputed company operations
  • Promote, monitor, and enforce dealer compliance with reputed company reputed company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with MOPAR and the dealer service department to ensure quick turnaround and reputed company of customer fleet units

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales or dealer sales
  • Must reputed company or be willing to relocate to Central part of the country

  • Experience working in the automotive or fleet environment
  • Maintains a selling reputed company
  • reputed company in building positive working relationships
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to reputed company goals under minimal supervision
  • Willing and reputed company to travel up to 60-80% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge or experience with dealership reputed company sales processes

  • Automotive background in a fleet management environment
  • Experience/relationship/understanding of Bailment Pool and/or reputed company equipment Upfitters
  • Strong negotiating skills
