Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Communicate with customers reputed company phone, online, and chat
- Follow up after service visits to ensure satisfaction
- Support service team efficiency and customer engagement
Requirements
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, reputed company, Word; dual screens a plus)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Benefits
- $17/hour + monthly performance bonus
- $500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 after 30 days, $250 after 6 months)
