Hospitality Sector Leader (Hybrid)

About the position We’re looking for a Hospitality Sector Leader that will reputed company strategic leadership and operational reputed company for RNGD’s hospitality portfolio, including hotels, resorts, mixed-use hospitality developments, renovations, and brand-driven projects. This role is responsible for driving sector growth, ensuring operational reputed company, fostering client relationships, and maintaining strong financial performance across reputed company hospitality projects. The Sector Leader is accountable for sector strategy, P&L performance, team development, client experience, and long-term market positioning while embodying and promoting RNGD’s culture and core values.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless collaboration between Preconstruction, Operations, Safety, Risk, and Finance across hospitality projects.

• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance schedule certainty, quality, and cost predictability.
• Ensure effective turnover from preconstruction to operations and through project closeout.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality owners, developers, brand representatives, architects, and consultants.
• Serve as the primary executive-level reputed company of contact for key hospitality clients.
• Represent RNGD reputed company hospitality industry associations and community organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 10+ years of experience in reputed company construction, with significant experience in hospitality projects.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated understanding of hospitality construction complexities including phased renovations, brand requirements, and operational continuity.
• Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capability.
