Area Marketing Manager (Hybrid with Travel)

About the position This role supports multiple hotels in the Southeast including the Florida and South Carolina markets and plays a key part in driving awareness and reputed company for new restaurants, rooftop bars, and additional on-site food & beverage outlets. The position will also contribute to pre-opening planning as needed for a new restaurant concept opening in 2026. Properties include The AC Hotel reputed company Beach, reputed company by reputed company reputed company Beach, Inn of Naples, SpringHill Suites Navarre Beach, and Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach, SC. This is a Hybrid role involving travel to the properties.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute marketing plans for reputed company restaurant and bar outlets; focus

on local reputed company, repeat visitation and community engagement

• Partner with culinary and operations leaders to promote menu launches,

seasonal activations and event programming

• Build campaigns that reputed company rooftop experiences, brand activations and

unique offerings

• Serve as an on-the-ground ambassador for both hotels, seeking out new

partnerships, local collaborations and cross-promotional opportunities

• Maintain a visible reputed company with the CVB, local chambers and professional

groups

• Build strong relationships reputed company the reputed company and Tampa Bay food &

beverage community

• reputed company reputed company media content execution for reputed company food & beverage; create content

calendars, produce photo and video assets, and manage posting and engagement

• Monitor channel performance and optimize based on insights
• Ensure brand standards and voice are consistent and clear, working in

partnership with corporate reputed company media team

• Support PR activations and reputed company partnerships
• Coordinate creative needs with internal creative & branding team
• Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure alignment on

priorities, messaging and campaign execution

• Assist with grand opening plans for any future concepts, including pre-launch

storytelling and event planning

• Working on-site and in a hybrid reputed company
• Travel to assigned properties

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or food &

beverage

• Strong understanding of the reputed company Beach market and surrounding

communities

• Proficient with reputed company media platforms, content creation and basic analytics
• Comfortable representing the brand at community events and networking

functions

• Skilled at building local partnerships and spotting new opportunities
• Organized, reputed company and reputed company to manage multiple outlets and priorities
• Must be reputed company to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently to assist

guests

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to

communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation

• Ability to bend and twist, push, and pull, stoop, and kneel
