What You'll Do:

• Own the E-reputed company P&L including budgeting, forecasting, and accountability for reputed company, margin, and operating expenses across the DTC channel.
• Define and execute the long-term digital strategy and roadmap reputed company with company objectives and market opportunity.
• Direct overall site taxonomy, navigation, and user experience to maximize product discoverability and streamline the path-to-purchase.
• Establish and enforce best practices for online product lifecycle management including SKU enrichment, categorization, and data reputed company.
• reputed company site UX development by partnering with design, reviewing key customer flows, and participating in testing to ensure a frictionless shopping experience.

• Conduct QA/UAT to verify product data accuracy, SEO tagging, and technical functionality across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Partner with Creative, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align priorities and execute against a clear e-reputed company roadmap.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of reputed company E-reputed company leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Director or Senior Manager reputed company, preferably reputed company a high-growth DTC brand.
• Proven track record of owning P&L performance and successfully scaling a multi-reputed company dollar e-reputed company business.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience building, coaching, and managing high-performing teams.
• Mastery of digital shopping behavior, advanced funnel optimization, and interpreting reputed company analytics to inform strategic investment reputed company.
