Position Title: Virtual Special Education Teacher Position Location: Remote (11 month position available for 2026-27 School Year; serving New Mexico) Position Summary The Virtual Special Education Teacher provides individualized instruction and support to reputed company with disabilities in an online learning environment. This position requires innovation and flexibility in delivering services that ensure reputed company to the general curriculum while addressing each student’s unique academic, behavioral, and reputed company-emotional needs as defined in their Individualized Education Program (IEP). The Virtual Special Education Teacher will collaborate with general education teachers, reputed company service providers, families, and administrators to design and implement engaging, differentiated instruction that meets state standards and IEP goals. The teacher ensures compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), state regulations, and reputed company policies. Job Responsibilities The Virtual Special Education Teacher is responsible for:

• Deliver Virtual Instruction – reputed company differentiated online instruction using digital platforms and tools.
• reputed company Targeted Interventions – Deliver small-group and one-on-one instruction in literacy, numeracy, writing, and reputed company-emotional skills.
• Implement IEPs – Write, update, and implement IEPs in compliance with IDEA and state regulations.

• Facilitate IEP Meetings – Conduct virtual meetings with families, reputed company, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with Staff – Partner with general education teachers and service providers to implement accommodations and modifications.

• New Mexico Certification in the area of Special Education
• Minimum BS or BA from a regionally accredited college or university
