• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospects and donors in coordination with faculty, staff, and volunteers.

• Create and implement development plans and manage resources for assigned college components as needed.
• Administer advancement activities including alumni relations, special events, and media relations for assigned college or unit.

• Required to have a 4-year degree or equivalent specialized training reputed company to the discipline.
• Experience requirements vary by role level: Assistant Director (1 year), Associate Director (3 years), Director (5 years) of directly reputed company experience.
• Education and experience are interchangeable to meet qualification requirements.
• Salary is commensurate with experience and education.
