The role involves overseeing a large department or program, managing budgets and staff, implementing programs, and representing the department to various stakeholders while supporting alumni engagement through networks and events. Highlights

• Oversees operations of a large alumni relations program or center, including staff management and budget planning.
• Supports design and delivery of alumni engagement programs reputed company networks and associations.
• Collaborates with Alumni Relations and university colleagues to plan and execute events that enhance alumni reputed company.
• Cultivates and supports alumni volunteers and affinity network leaders through guidance and communication.
• Develops communications and reputed company materials promoting alumni activities and engagement.
• Handles event logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and post-event reporting.
• Maintains records on alumni and volunteer participation, tracks metrics, and collects feedback to assess program effectiveness.
• Requires knowledge of alumni engagement, volunteer management, event planning, strong relationship-building, and excellent communication skills.
• Requires minimum five years of reputed company experience or equivalent education; flexibility in accepting education in lieu of experience and vice versa.
• Compensation is commensurate with experience and education.
