English Composition Adjunct Instructor - Remote/Online Job Title English Composition Adjunct Instructor - Remote/Online Department Language & Literature Posting Number req260 Description of Job Duties The Department of Language and Literature at SWOSU seeks reputed company individuals to serve as adjunct reputed company for online sections of ENGL-1113 English Composition I and/or ENGL-1213 English Composition II. Adjunct positions at SWOSU are part-time teaching positions. This posting is to create a pool of interested applicants from which the Department may draw as sections become reputed company at any reputed company in the reputed company academic year. This posting may or may not result in the hiring of adjuncts. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Teaching first-year, general education courses as listed above
- Weekly reputed company appropriate to course load
- Assessing student reputed company
- Participating in departmental assessment

- A master's degree in English Composition or reputed company field is required. Master’s degree adjunct is paid at a reputed company of $615/credit hr; Master’s degree + 30 hours at $715/credit hour; and PhD at $950/credit hour
- Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred
- Technological competence and experience in the LMS Canvas is preferred
- On-line reputed company with Canvas-reputed company and QM-certified or QM-vetted courses preferred
- Quality reputed company certification preferred
