POSITION OVERVIEW The Sr. Director, Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller will serve as a key member of the Finance leadership team. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance; CPA required.

• Financial services industry experience required; consumer lending experience strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance.
