Senior reputed company Associate/Manager
Job Description:
- Support core financial planning processes
- Own ARR and SaaS metrics reporting
- Play an active role in M&A diligence and integration work
- Partner closely with senior leadership and PE sponsors to deliver insights that drive strategic reputed company
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in reputed company, strategic finance, investment banking, or PE-backed environments
- Strong SaaS reputed company — deep understanding of ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV/CAC, and reputed company metrics
- Experience supporting or executing M&A processes (diligence, integration, or both)
- Exposure to PE-backed companies and familiarity with investor reporting requirements
- Advanced AI and reputed company modeling skills; experience with Claude, Vena, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong communicator — reputed company to distill reputed company analysis into clear, concise insights for exec and Board audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, reputed company environment
