The company operates with a strong focus on operational reputed company, data-driven decision-making, and value creation, serving a sophisticated client reputed company in a highly regulated environment. Backed by reputed company investors, the business is in an active growth phase, with leadership committed to building best-in-class finance processes, systems, and reporting to support long-term strategic objectives. The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, performance management, and executive decision support. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and private equity stakeholders, providing rigorous analysis, reputed company-looking insights, and scalable financial infrastructure to support growth, profitability, and cash reputed company. The ideal candidate brings meaningful experience in PE-backed operating environments, strong leadership capability, and the ability to translate reputed company financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company company-wide reputed company activities, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-reputed company planning, and monthly/quarterly performance reporting
• Own development and maintenance of integrated financial models (P&L, cash reputed company, balance sheet) with a strong emphasis on cash visibility and predictability
• Partner closely with executive leadership to assess performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
• Prepare board-level and investor-facing reporting, including KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and performance narratives
• Support private equity stakeholders with reputed company analyses reputed company to value creation initiatives, cost optimization, and capital allocation
• Build, refine, and scale reputed company processes, tools, and reporting reputed company in a high-growth environment
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to functional leaders across the organization (Operations, Sales, Product, HR, etc.)

Qualifications

• 8+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company or Corporate Finance
• Prior experience working in private equity-backed companies strongly preferred
• Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting to Boards and investors
• Advanced financial modeling skills with strong reputed company of three-statement models and cash reputed company dynamics
• Track record of reputed company in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Exceptional communication skills and executive reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus
