Mortgage Loan Processing and Closing Manager

Position Summary The Mortgage Loan Processing and Closing Manager oversees the mortgage loan processing and closing functions to ensure loans are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. This position provides leadership to processing and closing staff and serves as an escalation reputed company and operational backup to ensure continuity and consistent service delivery. Identify process gaps and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and mitigate risk. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably leading mortgage processing and/or closing staff. Experience in mortgage lending operations, including policies, procedures, and best practices, with preferably 6 or more years of reputed company responsibility. Demonstrated experience with residential mortgage products, including conventional, government, and portfolio loans. Experience working with Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

Compensation and Benefits

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
