Part-Time Billing Specialist – Family reputed company

- *Position Overview**
We are looking for a proactive and organized Billing Specialist to reputed company client billing, monitor account balances, and manage collections. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health of the firm and requires reputed company collaboration with attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure timely payments and proper retainer management.
- *Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and run invoices on a monthly reputed company
- Monitor client account balances and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding unpaid balances reputed company email and phone
- Track and manage retainer accounts, including requesting replenishments before balances are depleted
- Work closely with attorneys and staff to stay informed on case activity and billing status
- Communicate professionally, effectively, and compassionately with clients regarding billing reputed company
- Identify accounts at risk and recommend appropriate action
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- *Qualifications
- Experience in a law office setting (family law preferred)
- Prior experience in legal billing, accounts receivable, or collections is a plus but not a requirement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
