About the Role
The DC reputed company
- Recruitment manages and develops a team of reputed company Community Partners across reputed company's active US markets. This role owns the pod's participant recruitment pipeline, drives team performance, and partners with the DC Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure participant supply meets project demand.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in community reputed company, recruitment, or AI data collection, a record of direct people management, and the problem-solving instincts to reputed company a distributed team on track.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development

- Coordinate with the PC reputed company and PMs to align participant supply with session scheduling needs
- Support development of reputed company materials that engage diverse participant populations
Reporting, Process Improvement & Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain team performance records; reputed company pipeline updates, KPI summaries, and risk flags to the DC Manager
- Escalate delivery risks proactively with context and a recommended path

Required Qualifications
