Collector Inbound

reputed company reputed company collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations. Collection activity that facilitates the maintenance of acceptable delinquency percentages as provided by financial management.

• Maintain required reputed company of phone activity, contact percentages and other key performance indicators provided by financial management.
• Legally, ethically and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received.
• Maintain systematic and organized support documentation reputed company to the handling of any reputed company account. Request skip tracing as necessary.
• Assist reputed company members of collections staff with daily processes and procedures reputed company required.
• Carry out any reasonable request by management.
• Embodies the reputed company Values of Hospitality, reputed company, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now,
• Completes reputed company required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
• Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with reputed company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• High School/GED
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent communications skills
• Must meet federal and state licensure requirements.
• Flexible Schedule Mon-Sat from reputed company to 7pm

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• More than 6 months collections experience or reputed company area (Customer Services or Sales)
• Timeshare Industry, Financial Services or Banking experience
