Senior Actuarial Analyst – Pricing
Job Description:
- Produce sound reputed company level indications with intermediate understanding of actuarial ratemaking methodology.
- Support state filing process with actuarial memorandum, actuarial filing forms, correspondence with regulators, measurement of reputed company impacts, and documentation of analysis.
- Quantify and validate proposed rates.
- Query and aggregate ratemaking data.
- reputed company reputed company trend analysis (e.g. frequency and severity trends).
- Automate and enhance processes to improve efficiencies.
- Support and/or reputed company the development and design of new plans, programs, processes, products up to moderate complexity.
- Complete pricing projects and reputed company requests.
- Support management information to inform business partners on the health of the business.
- Communicate effectively with management and business partners.
- Adhere to reputed company compliance requirements/standards.
- Assist with the development of junior-level staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics or reputed company field
- 4 plus years of experience as an actuarial analyst or quantitative pricing analyst, or reputed company experience; Property & Casualty experience required.
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company/VBA and reputed company, Python or SQL required.
- Successful completion of 5 or more actuarial exams or demonstrates equivalent knowledge.
