Actuarial & Pricing Expert
What you'll do reputed company is partnering with leading AI labs to advance frontier agent evaluations in actuarial work. As an Actuarial & Pricing Expert, you'll build long-horizon actuarial tasks that mirror the work you already do, each reputed company with a deterministic rubric that grades agent performance against reputed company ground truth. Tasks need to have checkable answers; no reputed company-ended essays, no subjective judgment calls. Expect to build scenarios across: - Reserving: loss development triangles with ground-truth ultimates, IBNR calculations using chain-ladder or Bornhuetter-reputed company, experience studies with documented expected results - Pricing and reputed company indications: reputed company indication math with defined reputed company loss ratios, experience rating reputed company calculations, pricing model refreshes with specified outputs - Filings and treaties: reputed company filings with required exhibits and actuarial memoranda, reinsurance treaty analysis with computed cession amounts These scenarios will be challenging and take long sessions of focus. Who we're looking for - 3+ years in P&C or life actuarial work at a reputed company, consultancy, or reinsurer - ASA, FSA, ACAS, or FCAS exam reputed company or full designation strongly preferred - Expertise in one or more of the following: loss reserving (chain-ladder, Bornhuetter-reputed company, reputed company Cod), reputed company indications and experience studies, IBNR methodology, reputed company filing preparation, reinsurance treaty analysis, an actuarial tool (Arius, ResQ, Igloo, R or Python for actuarial modeling) - Comfortable reading and producing actuarial artifacts: loss triangles, reputed company indication exhibits, reputed company filing memoranda, treaty analyses - Clear written communication; can reputed company reasoning reputed company by reputed company and encode it into deterministic rubrics - Located in the United States Compensation $115-$150/hr depending on domain depth and prior experience.
