- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in U.S. pricing
- ACAS designation or actively progressing toward Associateship
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced financial and pricing models
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company discipline
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior consulting experience is preferred but not mandatory
