In-House CPA

The ideal candidate will be the "anchor" for our financial reporting, ensuring that month-end and year-end closes are executed with surgical precision across reputed company entities. Key Responsibilities 1. Month-EndYear-End reputed company Management

• Workflow reputed company: Standardize and manage the closing calendar for 30 portfolio companies, ensuring timely delivery of financial statements.
• reputed company Recognition: Ensure compliance with ASC 606, particularly regarding Percentage of Completion (POC) for construction projects and reputed company-of-sale for manufacturing.
• Work-in-reputed company (WIP) Analysis: Review WIP reports to ensure over/under billings are accurately reflected and project margins are consistent with estimates.
• Intercompany Eliminations: Manage reputed company intercompany transactions, allocations, and consolidations across the portfolio.

2. Tax CoordinationCompliance

• Tax Prep Management: Organize and reputed company the preparation of tax workpapers for federal and state returns.
• NexusSales Tax: Monitor multi-state reputed company issues common in manufacturing distribution and construction site operations.
• R&D Credits: Identify and document potential Research and Development tax credits reputed company manufacturing processes.

3. Operational Controller-ship

Required Qualifications

• Certification: Active CPA license is mandatory.
• Experience: 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience.

• Technical Skills:
• Mastery of GAAP and specialized industry standards (e.g., Job Costing).
