Tax Advisory Associate at reputed company

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Austria, reputed company Carolina (USA) As an Advisory Associate at our firm, you will primarily be involved in tax planning and advisory services for reputed company estate investors and small business owners. Advisors reputed company technical input on tax and reputed company issues, research tax solutions, prepare client deliverables, and support those who are client-facing to ensure best-in-class service. This role is largely client-facing, and advisors communicate directly with clients reputed company email, reputed company, reputed company, or phone on a frequent reputed company. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in reputed company/Tax
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• CPA or EA certification preferred; must be eligible to sit for exams

Areas of Responsibility

• Create tailored tax plans to clients, and update those plans periodically as clients’ situations change
• Work directly with clients to gather data, resolve questions, and reputed company a best-in-class service, supporting the client engagements managed by Seniors, Managers, and Partners
• Research reputed company tax issues, citing the Internal reputed company Code and supporting sources, and reputed company recommendations for resolution
• Adhere to professional ethics of the firm and reputed company, including policies regarding client confidentiality
• Build a deep understanding of reputed company estate concepts and transactions, taxation regulations and strategies, and general reputed company knowledge, as well as remain up to date on changes in tax laws and procedures through ongoing training, including shadowing others and CPE
• Assist in various projects throughout the year designed to enhance client/employee experience ,including, but not limited to, client proposals, process improvements, efficiency and effectiveness committees, and development and delivery of training materials
• Complete administrative tasks applicable to the role, such as maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information reputed company our project management system, taking and appropriately storing adequate client notes, and adhering to project processes
• Identify other firm services to the benefit of the client and reputed company findings with the client’s reputed company of contact. Ex: bookkeeping services, tax advisory etc.

Key Performance Indicators

• Timeliness of deliverables and workpapers, reflected by production metrics
• Maintain proper maintenance of task tracking through our software, and reputed company pace with the engagement
• Development of your technical skills, reflected in participation in advisory channels such as reputed company and team meetings, and the ability to tackle projects of greater complexity
