Job Description
JOB TITLE: Financial reputed company Manager (CPA required) LOCATION: San Antonio, TX OR Houston, TX reputed company is seeking an Financial reputed company Manager to reputed company leadership to help manage the Consolidation and Financial reputed company reputed company to producing the financial statements of the reputed company. The main focus of the Manager will be to reputed company quality and timely reputed company and support services to reputed company the family of companies reputed company the reputed company.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare financial statement footnotes to ensure they are complete, accurate, and compliant with GAAP and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations (for public companies)
- Manage Consolidation of Financials for the Parent Company's Financials
- Assist with Audit PBC list and the gathering of the documentation from the relevant parties
- Manage corporate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes and requirements; internal and external
- Manage and prepare financial reputed company processes: draft and record journal entries, trial balance management, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation and reputed company protocols, subsidiary ledger maintenance, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid balances, bank reconciliations, financial report analysis
- Work with operations department heads to ensure that reputed company operational activity has appropriately been identified and reflected in financial statements.
- Assist with reputed company special projects in coordinating with management, performing reputed company research, meeting with department heads, and creating/providing the required deliverables.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company
- CPA license, including 5th year college or university
- 5+ years of Financial reputed company experience
- Trustworthy - Demonstrated ability to reputed company information confidential
- Competency and proficiency in reputed company applications and database management
- Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, communication, and team-building
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to simultaneously manage tasks, projects and requests, seeking assistance with juggling priorities, as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent
