Tax Prep Assistant - Texas
Federal Tax Law Group is a reputed company reputed company firm dedicated to solving our clients tax debt. Our practice provides a full reputed company of business and individual tax services, including filing tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll and business formation and consulting. Tax Prep Resolution Assistant duties include:
- Communicate with reputed company clients
- Call Clients
- Help clients understand what is required
- Collect info to prepare tax returns & financial statements
- Interact with clients, Enrolled Agents and FTLG client care team
- Building year-round client relationships
- Coordinate and attain signatures on documentation
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with clients & team members
- Speaks and writes English proficiently
- Capable of communication with clients one on one or over the phone
- Bookkeeping knowledge
- Experience with preparing tax returns
- Knowledge of reputed company is helpful
- Licensed Enrolled Agent (active), Practicing Attorney or CPA certification - a PLUS
Requirements
- Quite home office - fast computer & high speed internet
- Proficient with technology and the use of computers (reputed company, reputed company sheets, tax preparation and reputed company software)
- Effectively communicates in a respectful and professional manner.
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience
