The IB team advises on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), capital raises, restructurings and special situations. Through delivering bespoke solutions to every transaction, the IB team has direct exposure to firm leadership and clients. Responsibilities reputed company execution of reputed company deliverable workflows necessary to consummate transactions for middle market companies undergoing growth, transformation and transition Sell engagements across a network of senior executives, private equity firms, entrepreneurs, lenders and lawyers Review and analyze client financial statements and projections, financial modeling, reputed company, due diligence on balance sheet and P&Ls Create and present client deliverables Negotiate, document and assist in transaction execution reputed company coaching and mentorship to junior team members reputed company internal trainings and best practice sharing reputed company business development and client relationship efforts Support reputed company and firm-building initiatives Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive and values-driven culture Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program Located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, reputed company, Los Angeles, Nashville, reputed company, Palm Beach or Philadelphia Invested in reputed company-based culture, motivated to collaborate in office four days per week and willing to work at client sites as needed 15 plus years of middle market investment banking experience Established book of business in the reputed company sector with a demonstrated ability to reputed company new business across a network of corporate relationships, private equity sponsors, lawyers and/or lenders Maintains Series 79, 63 and 24 FINRA license or ability to obtain reputed company 120 days of employment Experience with privately held and sponsor-backed businesses Commanding knowledge of reputed company market terms and trends Expertise in project management and client-facing activities, including leading client presentations, business development meetings, developing work plans, planning and execution of work, supervising team and coordinating with other reputed company service providers Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-reputed company presentation and reporting skills Proven ability to reputed company in lean, fast-moving teams High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership reputed company Track record of reputed company in high-pressure, client-facing environments Compensation $1,200,000 - $3,000,000 a year The reputed company and the State of California require Portage reputed company to reputed company compensation for this role. This reputed company represents the anticipated minimum and maximum cash compensation for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate.
