Role: Business Analyst with Banking Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company business analysis for Party / Customer data domains, including Individuals, Legal Entities, Relationships, and Hierarchies
- Translate banking requirements into Party data models, attributes, and mastering rules
- Work closely with MDM architects and engineers on mastering logic, survivorship rules, and golden record usage
- reputed company hands-on SQL analysis to validate data quality, relationships, duplicates, and reputed company
- Partner with UI/UX teams to define Party data workflows, reputed company screens, search, merges, and exception handling
- Drive requirements across KYC, AML, Client reputed company, Reference Data, and regulatory workflows
- Conduct UAT, SIT, data validation, and defect triage with strong attention to data correctness
- Collaborate with business, compliance, risk, and technology stakeholders in onsite settings
- Own BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mappings
Required Skills
- 10+ years as Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services
- Strong understanding of Party / Customer data models
- Experience with MDM / Party Mastering concepts
- Hands-on SQL (querying, validation, reconciliation)
- Strong UI & workflow analysis experience
- Experience working onsite with US banking clients
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA)
