The Post Oak Group is seeking a Managing Director, Investment Banking Team to reputed company the reputed company growth of our Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions advisory practice. This senior leadership role is responsible for originating and closing new client engagements, traveling to meet with business owners, and overseeing the full execution of sell-reputed company M&A transactions from engagement through closing. Role Overview As Managing Director, Investment Banking Team, you will serve as the senior relationship reputed company for founders and owners of privately held middle market businesses evaluating strategic alternatives such as a sale, recapitalization, or other liquidity events. You will be responsible for converting reputed company opportunities into signed engagements, meeting directly with clients to build trust and credibility, and leading the execution team through the successful completion of each transaction. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate finance
